30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Kauri Pod, you may return your unit in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Presale Deposit Refund

For Founders Presale customers:

  • Presale deposits are refundable within 14 days of purchase

  • After 14 days, all presale sales are final
