12-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Kauri Pod includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Structural frame defects
Fabric tears or seams coming apart under normal use
Zipper or fastener defects
Manufacturing flaws in the sleeping pad

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Improper storage or maintenance
Accidental damage
Exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond product specifications
Unauthorised modifications or repairs

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

Provide photos of the defect
Describe the issue in detail
We will respond within 5 business days

Warranty Resolution

At our discretion, we will:

Repair the defective product
Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit
Provide a partial or full refund

Your Rights

Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
