1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order through the Kauri Pod website (www.kauripod.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Kauri Pod's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Founders Presale

The Kauri Pod Founders Presale is a pre-production allocation programme limited to 500 units. By securing a presale allocation, you understand and acknowledge that:

  • Kauri Pod is currently in pre-production
  • Production is scheduled to commence July 2026
  • Delivery is estimated August 2026 after production commencement.
  • All specifications remain subject to final manufacturing validation

3. Payment Terms

Two payment options are available:

  • Pay in Full: $849 NZD secures your complete Founders allocation
  • Deposit Option: $150 NZD initial payment with remaining $150 payable in five weekly instalments prior to dispatch

4. Refund Policy

Presale deposits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if requested in writing to [email protected]. After this period, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Kauri Pod and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kauri Pod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
